DGM AI Sports is committed to the safety and wellbeing of children and young people. This statement explains how our platform is designed to be safe, what we expect from users, and how to raise a concern. It should be read alongside our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
We believe every child has the right to take part in sport and learning in a safe environment. We are committed to providing a service that is educational, age-appropriate and free from harm, and to acting promptly on any concern relating to a child’s safety.
DGM AI Sports is an educational and coaching tool. Its assistants are designed solely to help with coaching, learning, skills, tactics, player development and the business of sport. They are not a substitute for qualified medical, psychological, legal or safeguarding professionals, and must not be used for any purpose outside their intended educational scope.

Any breach may result in immediate suspension or termination of access, and we will report illegal activity to the relevant authorities.
Accounts on DGM AI Sports are for adults aged 18 or over, and payment is taken by card. We do not knowingly allow under-18s to hold their own account or to provide us with their personal data.
Where a young person under 18 benefits from the platform, this should only be under the direct supervision of a parent, guardian, coach or other responsible adult, through that adult's own account. Coaches and organisations using DGM AI Sports with under-18s remain responsible for their own safeguarding policies, supervision and duty of care, and for complying with the safeguarding requirements of their sport’s governing body.

We take every concern seriously. We will review reports promptly, take appropriate action — which may include suspending accounts and preserving information — and cooperate fully with law enforcement and safeguarding authorities where required.
