5. International data transfers
Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United Kingdom and the United States, where our technology providers Anthropic and Stripe are based. We rely on standard contractual clauses and our providers' data processing agreements to safeguard international transfers in compliance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR.
6. Who we share data with
We only share data with trusted service providers ("processors") who help us deliver our service, and only the minimum needed for each purpose:
- Supabase — secure storage of your account, login credentials and subscription status (database and authentication).
- Stripe — payment and subscription processing. Your card details are entered directly with Stripe and never stored on our systems (stripe.com/privacy).
- Anthropic — the AI technology powering Nova (our sports AI assistant) and our AI Business Tool. The messages you send to the AI are processed to generate responses (anthropic.com/privacy).
- Netlify — website hosting, DNS and infrastructure (netlify.com/privacy).
These providers act on our behalf under data-processing agreements and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We may also disclose data where required by law, regulation, or to protect our legal rights.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third party, and we do not use it for advertising.
7. Data retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. Following cancellation or account closure, we retain data for up to 6 years for legal and accounting purposes, after which it is securely and permanently deleted.
You may request early deletion of your data at any time by contacting business@dgmaisports.com.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at business@dgmaisports.com. We will respond within 30 days.
9. Cookies & local storage
We use only strictly necessary and functional cookies and similar technologies — these are required for the website to work and cannot be switched off:
- Authentication — to keep you securely logged in (set by Supabase).
- Payment — to process checkout securely (set by Stripe).
- Local storage — your browser stores your chat history and usage information on your own device so the tool works smoothly. This stays on your device and is not used to track you.
We do not use advertising cookies, social-media tracking, analytics profiling, or any third-party tracking cookies. Because we use only essential and functional technologies, a short cookie notice is shown on your first visit for transparency.
10. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe, which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant — we never handle or store card details directly. We implement appropriate technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure.
