Acceptable Use Policy
Effective: 28 May 2026 · D G MCCLEAN LTD (NI726037)
This Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) sets out what is and isn't allowed when using DGM AI Sports and DGM AI Sports Learning Academy. By using our services you agree to follow this policy. Breaching it may lead to suspension or termination of your account, with no refund for the remaining subscription period.
1. Who this applies to
This AUP applies to anyone accessing our website, the AI Sports Assistant (Nova), the Sports Business Tool, the Learning Academy, and any related services or content. It applies to individual subscribers, organisations, and every user under a multi-user (Club/Pro) plan.
2. Permitted use
Our services are provided for lawful, professional sports and educational use, including:
- Coaching, tactics, training, analysis and learning across the sports we cover.
- Personal professional development, club operations and team management.
- Commercial and business advice within your own organisation (Club, Pro and Business plans).
3. What you must NOT do
You must not, and must not permit anyone else to:
- Break the law — use the service for any illegal purpose, fraud, money laundering, harassment, or to infringe the rights of others.
- Generate harmful content — attempt to use the AI to produce hate speech, harassment, defamation, sexual content, weapons or violence instructions, or content harmful to children.
- Create deceptive or fraudulent material — attempt to use the AI to produce fake or misleading documents, credentials, qualifications, results, statistics, reviews or identities; scams, phishing or deceptive marketing; impersonation of any real person or organisation; or any content intended to mislead, defraud, cheat or harm others.
- Bypass safeguards — try to circumvent the AI's safety rules, the paywall, free-trial limits, tier restrictions, or any login/authentication.
- Abuse the service — scrape, mirror, mass-extract, or otherwise harvest content; run automated requests beyond reasonable human use; reverse-engineer the platform.
- Share access — share, sell, or transfer your login credentials. Multi-user plans (Club/Pro) must be used by named members of your organisation only.
- Resell or rebrand the service without our prior written agreement.
- Compete unfairly — use our service to build a competing AI sports product, including using outputs to train another model.
- Misrepresent AI output — present AI-generated content as expert human advice without disclosure. All AI output is guidance and should be applied with your own judgement.
- Endanger systems — introduce viruses, attempt denial-of-service, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with the service in any way.
- Give betting or gambling advice — use the service to produce or distribute betting recommendations.
4. Content you provide
You are responsible for anything you upload, type, or share with the AI — including images, documents and text. You confirm that you have the right to share this content, and that it does not breach any third party's rights, privacy or confidentiality.
Do not share personal data about third parties (e.g. player records, member details) unless you have a lawful basis and the appropriate consent to do so.
5. Reporting abuse
If you believe someone is misusing the service, or you've encountered content that breaches this AUP, please contact business@dgmaisports.com. We investigate every report.
6. Enforcement
We may, at our discretion: warn you, suspend or restrict your account, terminate your subscription without refund, remove content, and/or report serious matters to the police or other authorities. We will act proportionately and, where appropriate, give you a chance to remedy the issue first.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this AUP from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on our website.
