Cancellation & refunds
- You can cancel anytime before renewal, via your account / billing portal or by emailing us.
- Consumers have statutory cancellation rights under UK & EU consumer law; these are not affected by our terms.
- When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid period, then stops renewing.

Our tools are powered by AI. AI can produce information that is wrong, incomplete or out of date. All content is for general guidance and educational purposes only and is not professional sporting, coaching, medical, legal, financial or business advice. Always verify important information and seek a qualified professional before making decisions. You use AI output at your own risk.
How the AI works with teams
By default the AI gives general, educational guidance and does not discuss or analyse specific real teams, clubs or people. If you want help with your own team or club, you can upload or provide your own information (your squad, sessions, plans or data) and the AI will work directly with that to help you — it will not bring in or reference any other real team or organisation.
Your data
We handle your data in line with UK & EU GDPR. See our Privacy Policy and Data & Confidentiality Policy. Payments are processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
