This policy explains how we protect personal data and how we treat the confidential information you share with us — particularly important for clubs, organisations and business customers. It works alongside our Privacy Policy and forms part of our agreement with you.
We treat your data and confidential information with care, professionalism, and in line with UK GDPR and the EU GDPR. We collect only what we need, use it only for stated purposes, store it securely, and never sell or trade it.
We treat the following as confidential information:
Confidential information does not include information that is already public, that you have made public, or that we are legally required to disclose.
Your conversations with our AI assistants are private to your account. We do not use the content of your conversations to train AI models, sell to third parties, or share with competitors. The AI provider (Anthropic) processes your messages to generate responses under their own privacy commitments — see anthropic.com/privacy.
We may access aggregate, anonymised usage data (e.g. total number of messages, error rates) for the purpose of running and improving the service.
We share data only with the service providers listed in our Privacy Policy, and only the minimum needed for each purpose. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We may disclose data where required by law, regulation, or to protect our legal rights.
Under UK GDPR and EU GDPR you have the right to access your data, correct it, have it deleted, restrict or object to its processing, and data portability. Detailed information on exercising these rights is in our Privacy Policy. Contact business@dgmaisports.com.
For clubs, academies, media and organisations on paid plans, we treat the information you share with us as commercially confidential. We will not:
For larger organisations who require it, we are happy to sign a separate non-disclosure agreement (NDA) — contact business@dgmaisports.com.
We retain your data only for as long as needed to provide the service, for legitimate business reasons (e.g. accounting), or as required by law. When you close your account, we delete or anonymise your data within a reasonable period unless we are required to keep records (e.g. for tax purposes).
If a personal data breach occurs that is likely to result in risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the ICO within 72 hours and, where required, notify affected users as soon as possible.
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on our website.
