Scope
Where, as part of an engagement, we process personal data on your behalf (for example data you provide about your people), we act as a processor and you remain the controller.
Our commitments
- Process personal data only on your documented instructions and for the engagement
- Apply appropriate security measures
- Use sub-processors only under appropriate safeguards
- Assist you with data subject requests where relevant
- Return or delete personal data at the end of the engagement
Agreement
For engagements involving significant personal data processing, we will put a full data processing agreement in place.
